Remember the sabbath day, and keep it holy. Six days you shall labour and do all your work. 'But the seventh day is a sabbath to the Lord your God'

It's familiar, but actually stopping, and resting, is something that lots of us are 'too busy' to do.
Yet, it's literally a Commandment.
So today, I'm going to model that - and the time I would have spent taking a photo, and suggesting music and a 'boredom buster', I will use to make sure my rest day this week is exactly that - a day of rest.
