Today, how about trying to find two natural things small enough to fit in your hand - one that you see as being important and/or beautiful, and the other that you view as less so...something more boring, more unpleasant, or uglier.
Take some time holding each one in your hand.
Remind yourself...
God made it.
God loves it.
God keeps it.
Once you've done this, remind yourself that the same applies to you - God made, loves and keeps you.
