How about thinking of a 'random act of kindness' to do, if you can?
It'll be slightly trickier with social distancing and staying at home, but there are still lots that you could try... maybe as simple as phoning somebody you haven't spoken to for ages, or emailing a friend a message or a link to a favourite song or funny video clip you've found recently.
(If in doubt, putting rainbows and teddy bears in your window for people to see as they go past, if you haven't already, would be a much appreciated start, I'm sure!)
