Sticking with the musical theme... why not pick your favourite season or festival, and write a hymn/song verse? (Choose whichever tune you like!)
Sticking to one verse really challenges you to work out what is most important to you about what you're writing about. It's a great way to work out what you think/believe, as well as being fun!
